How we build

Our Method

Aspire Grove Construction manages each project through four defined delivery phases. Every phase has clear entry criteria, owner responsibilities, and completion checkpoints that we communicate directly with clients.

Pre-Construction & Permitting

We begin every project with a thorough site review, preliminary budget, and permit application. This phase establishes the project scope, confirms jurisdictional requirements, and locks the construction schedule before any ground is broken.

Logistics checklist (4)
  • Confirm project scope, site constraints, and jurisdiction
  • Coordinate survey, engineering, and permit documents
  • Review selections, allowances, and long-lead items
  • Establish the baseline schedule before mobilization

Site & Concrete

Site preparation includes clearing, grading, and erosion control. Foundation work — slab, crawlspace, or stem wall — is completed to local code with inspections at each stage before framing begins.

Logistics checklist (4)
  • Confirm site access, protection, and erosion controls
  • Coordinate excavation, utilities, and required inspections
  • Verify formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement
  • Document concealed conditions before backfill

Structural Framing

Platform framing uses dimensional and engineered lumber sized to structural plans. Floor systems, wall assemblies, and roof framing are erected and inspected before mechanical rough-ins begin, ensuring trade access is unobstructed.

Logistics checklist (4)
  • Review structural plans and field dimensions
  • Coordinate floor, wall, and roof framing sequences
  • Verify hold-downs, connectors, and framed openings
  • Complete framing corrections before trade rough-ins

Envelope & Finishes

Weather barrier, windows, roofing, and siding close the building envelope. Interior finishes follow mechanical and insulation inspections, proceeding through drywall, trim, and final fixtures to certificate of occupancy.

Logistics checklist (4)
  • Sequence weather barrier, windows, roofing, and siding
  • Coordinate rough-in, insulation, and close-in inspections
  • Track finish selections and installation readiness
  • Complete punch work and final walkthrough
